1. Returns
Eligibility for Return
- You can return a product within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Non-returnable items:
- Products that are damaged or defective due to misuse or mishandling.
- Personal care items, such as beauty products or apparel that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards, downloadable software, and similar products.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.
How to Request a Return

2. Refunds
Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be issued for the following reasons:

- The product is found to be defective or damaged when it arrives.
Non-Refundable Items
- Sale items: Discounts or clearance sales are final and not eligible for refunds.
- Shipping costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

- Your payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
3. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please report it to us immediately:
- Take clear photos of the damaged product.
- Email the photos to support@careerjob.in along with your order number and description of the issue.
If the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- For defective or damaged products, Careerjob.in will cover the return shipping costs.
- For other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
6. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, you can do so before the item is shipped. Once the item has been dispatched, cancellations will no longer be accepted. In such cases, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
